Like all my homes the apartments and villas that I rent on Boavista are of a very high quality and as standard you will find luxury linens and furnishings, superb views, Sky TV, dishwasher, washing machine/drier, a minimum of two bedrooms and bathrooms (one with full tub/bath and one with walk in shower), and car parking (some garaged). Waiting for a home to be built, looking to see what living in the Algarve is like (can heartily recommend it!) or just looking to get away from bad weather during the winter months? On most of my homes I can offer significant discounts for stays over a month, and I have some homes that are only available for rents of six months or more. As they are set up for such rentals, that means you can be here during the summer and winter without paying the usual summer premium.
