If you would like to make a booking then you can do so by clicking here. Bookings will be confirmed by email within 24 hours (usually on receipt).
A 25% deposit will be required to secure your booking with the balance plus a refundable damage deposit (amount dependent on the property being booked, details of which will be advised prior to your booking) eight weeks in advance. This will be returned within two weeks of our returning the keys assuming no damage/breakages have occured. Payments can be made by either cheque (payment details on the booking form) or by a Credit Card/Paypal payment (you do not need need a Paypal account). If the latter is your preferred payment method, then please click on the Visa link to the left after reading the associated notice. Please note that all damage deposits will be returned by bank transfer.
Note that pets or smoking are not allowed in the properties - violation of this results in automatic non refund of deposit. Any damage caused by such will be chargeable. Occupancy numbers must not be exceeded at any time, and Prime Algarve Rentals reserves the right to remove guests and their belongings from the property without compensation. We offer a credit/PayPal payment option purely for the convenience of guests who wish to make their payments without sending cheques and/or to receive instant confirmation of their holiday. Please note that a 3.4% charge to each transaction will be made which is the charge passed on to us by the credit card/PayPal companies. This will show up on the account as a 'postage and packing' charge. Alternatively, I can email you with a request for payment by credit card which again will carry the same charge. Your peyment is secure as the transaction is handled by PayPal and we do not see your bank or other details.
